Lunch in Hawaii

Just a quick entry while I wait for Peter (Cadence’s father) to arrive at the golf course for our round.

Grace made us Loco Moco from Hawaii for lunch. Loco Moco is a bed of white basmati rice, topped with a thick hamburger patty, topped with dark mushroom and onion gravy, topped with a fried egg. Man alive, talk about the ultimate comfort food. Beautiful and delicious.

Peter’s here, so I’ve got to go, but I’ll write more later after our round.
