I haven’t seen my parents in over two years because of Covid (they’re in their 80s), so this was a special trip for me.
As soon as I pulled in the driveway, my dad wanted to see Caroline, so I invited him and my mother for a drive. The roof was up because it was a cold Saturday, but we had a very enjoyable drive.
Dad said he loved everything about the car and seems to remember that the paint scheme on his ’56 Buick Special was roughly the same as Caroline’s.
It was a great overnight visit.
Tonight, I have a date with Samantha and that should be very interesting.
